Cost & Contract Executive (QS)

Qualification:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.⁠
2. At least 3-5 years of experience in construction estimating, project management, or a related field, with a focus on cost estimation, budgeting, and procurement processes
3. Proven track record in analyzing technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications for cost estimation
4. Experience in evaluating supplier and subcontractor bids, and negotiating contracts and pricing.
5. Strong knowledge of construction materials, labor costs, equipment requirements, and industry standards.
6. Familiarity with tender documents, purchase orders, contracts, and time schedules.
7. Strong understanding of project scheduling and time management.
8. Ability to collaborate effectively with project managers, engineers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
9. Willing to work at Tangerang Area
